The Kitchen

The kitchen also known as the non-volley zone extends seven feet from both sides of the court. The kitchen rules are simple: You can hit the ball inside the kitchen or non-volley zone only after the ball hits the surface inside the kitchen. Returning the ball from the air or volley is not allowed within the kitchen, it must first land on the surface. Paying $1,000 initiation Fee to Play Indoors...

Would you pay $1,000 initiation fee to join an indoor pickleball facility? There's a company in Florida planning to build an indoor pickleball facility at The Villages, in central Florida. The facility will be 40,772 square feet on 4.69 acres, it will have 16 pickleball courts. The $1,000.00 initiation fee is for those players who want to sign up early, it will increase to $1,500.00 when it opens, with a monthly membership fee of $100.00. We're wondering, how many of our readers would join such a facility?
